The second project was a set of mirrored sliding bypass closet door kit, also special order. I love the customer service! Wayne is very knowledgeable and reminded me of several other options that were available regarding details of my closet door project; most of the time you don't get this kind of insight, I totally welcomed Wayne's wealth of knowledge. I would much rather support a hard working Mom and Pop business like this, than a chain store. Prices were reasonable as compared to other places. They also came through in the past with a custom-size vinyl window; the window arrived quickly and far exceeded my expectations for quality of product, absolute top notch quality. I was looking for outswing French patio doors. I never knew that you had to order them ahead of time. I was in a time crunch because my contractor was almost done with the job. Lowe's and Hoem Depot had some for order, but they weren't available for delivery for two months or more. I definitely couldn't wait that long. Luckily I found this place on Yelp.

The gentleman on the phone told me that they were able to locally manufacture the doors and have them ready within ten days. That's so amazing. Obviously the price was going to be a little more expensive than the big box stores, but I needed them asap. It was worth the extra cost for me.

The doors came in on time and perfect. I'm very happy with the service and the sage advice I was given by them. Would totally come back again."

"Bought a exterior front door through them. Jerry was helping me. He was so honest and professional. I asked a bunch of questions , all of which he answered patiently. He was fair in pricing and followed through on the date to get the door done. The general contractor who installed the door (nothing related to Jerry or alum rock hardware) didn't finish the job and there was a gap left at the bottom of the door. Jerry went out of his way as a courtesy to come look at the door, despite it not being his error, spent almost an hour, and made the gap better by putting some kind of insert until it could have a permanent fix. Their customer service is outstanding. I would highly recommend going to them."

"This place was great! I just needed a simple screen replacement and they responded to my yelp message within about 20 minutes and answered all the questions I had. Went in the next day and replaced my screen on the spot in less than 5 minutes. Great customer service. Would definitely come back again."

"I replaced every single door in our house (18 in total, including two French interior doors, a patio French door, and a entry solid core with frosted glass).  We wanted solid core doors for hallway doors and for them to be full length (due to gaps on old doors from carpet). Wayne is absolutely amazing -- he showed me and my wife styles, talked through swing openings, and meticulously cut hinges using a giant spreadsheet I sent him so every door was hung in its existing frame (aside from the new interior French doors and the patio door) and labeled. Every door is now fitted and works as expected, and he had all the door shoes and metal thresholds to accompany those that were entry doors.

I really have no idea how else we could have done this on a budget without his super competitive pricing, guidance, patience, etc. When our GC's workers made mistakes on cutting some doors, he was also prompt at getting them re-ordered. He never charged us until the specific doors arrived and let me know when he was charging my card each time.
